11.4 rr33's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.2 Upon suspension or closure of an Account, rr33 will conduct a review and, if the Account holder is found to be in breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited. 14.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting rr33 customer support. Account closure does not waive any obligations you have incurred under these Terms prior to the closure date.
